If you are looking for a local place to go and see bluebonnets I have the place for you; Creekside Village in The Woodlands.
You will find the bluebonnet meadow at Rob Fleming Park. Rob Fleming park is a 20 acre park with a Craftsman style Lodge, tree lined promenade, children’s playground, wildlife sculpture trail and a trailhead to the George Mitchell Nature Preserve.
Creekside Park is located just south of Spring Creek between Gosling and Kuykendahl. The main entrance is located on Gosling Road but you may also get to the village from Kukendahl road also. When finished the village will cover 3,492 acres and they are planning for 7,100 residences. Within this 1,850 acres will be used for parklands and greenspace. As you can see it is becoming a very popular place to go for seeing those bluebonnets.
